SF Express service point inquiry

To effectively protect customers from fraudulent SMS messages and phishing websites, SF Express Hong Kong has reduced the number of SMS messages sent . All package pickup notifications will now be sent via the official mobile application "SFHK APP" to reduce the risk of customers being scammed by fake messages.

Customers are advised to download the SFHK Hong Kong APP in advance and enable push notifications on their mobile phones to avoid missing delivery reminders. Customers can also check the latest status of their packages at any time through the SFHK APP, including tracking number, delivery route, sender and recipient information, and fee details.
