SF Express service point inquiry

To effectively protect customers from fraudulent SMS messages and phishing websites, SFHK has reduced SMS message sending. All notifications for self-pickup shipments will now be pushed through the official mobile application "SFHK APP" to reduce the risk of customers being defrauded by counterfeit messages.

Customers are advised to download the SFHK APP in advance and enable mobile push notifications to avoid missing shipment delivery reminders. Additionally, customers can check the latest status of their shipments at any time through the "SFHK APP", including waybill numbers, delivery routes, sender/recipient information, and charges details.
