Shipping instructions

• This guideline only applies to delivery services in 🇭🇰 Hong Kong and 🇲🇴 Macau . For orders delivered to overseas regions, please refer to the International Overseas Delivery Guide page.
• In Hong Kong and Macau , you can enjoy free shipping* for purchases of HKD$499 or above (applicable to residential, commercial addresses, SF Express stations or SF Express smart lockers).
  *Some large products will be charged an additional HKD$100 for shipping to 🇲🇴 Macau. The relevant fees will be clearly displayed before checkout. If you have any questions about shipping fees, please contact customer service via WhatsApp +852 66911595.
• The customer or his/her authorized representative must sign for the goods in person. If the person signing for the goods is not the customer (for example, for gift delivery or shipping at a consolidation point), the customer shall bear the relevant risks. Once the goods are signed for and confirmed, the ownership is transferred to the customer, and the store will no longer be responsible for subsequent delivery.
• Goods are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation . The actual time depends on inventory and the number of orders to be processed. The delivery time for purchased or pre-ordered products may be longer, and the specific time will be notified separately
• All products have limited stock, and as we continue to accept orders, some products may be sold out. Our store will do its best to ensure that the inventory information is accurate. If there is a sell-out situation, we will notify customers by email and message as soon as possible to provide solutions.
• The delivery time is arranged by the courier company. Customers can specify the delivery time when placing an order. Our store will try its best to coordinate, but the actual delivery time is subject to the courier company's arrangement on the day.
  *Please note that public holidays or special circumstances (such as typhoons) may affect delivery time*
• Customers can check the delivery progress on the courier's website using the tracking number in the shipping notification email. Please check your spam or promotional email folders regularly to avoid missing out on important notifications.
• If the goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or no one to sign for them, the courier company will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery, and the additional costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.
• If the customer finds that the product has original defects, damage or receives the wrong product within 7 days after signing for it, please contact customer service immediately. We will handle it as soon as possible and provide a solution.
• Sorry, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
