Delivery Instructions (International)

- Our store only provides direct delivery services to certain overseas regions. Customers can select the available delivery regions during checkout.
- If your region/country does not appear in the options, it means that our store does not currently support direct delivery to that region. Please confirm whether your region is applicable before placing an order.
- Please note that products containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped overseas due to international shipping regulations . Please confirm whether the product meets the shipping requirements before purchasing.
- For international orders, you will need to pay for shipping charges at checkout, which will be calculated based on the destination. The currency unit will automatically be displayed in the customer's region's currency for easy checkout.
- Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change due to international exchange rate fluctuations, so the final cost may be slightly different from what is displayed. We cannot guarantee that the cost will remain consistent at all times, so please confirm the final amount before placing an order.
- Customers are responsible for paying taxes or duties (if applicable) in the destination country/region . We are unable to estimate or pay related fees on behalf of customers. Please understand local tax regulations before placing an order.
- Product warranty and repair services are only available in Hong Kong and Macau . Overseas customers must contact the manufacturer to handle warranty or repair matters after purchasing the product. This store cannot guarantee whether the manufacturer's services are available in overseas areas.
- After the order is confirmed, the goods will be shipped within about two working days. The estimated delivery time for overseas direct delivery is 7 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The actual time may vary depending on the destination or logistics conditions.
- All products have limited stock, and as we continue to accept orders, some products may be sold out. Our store will do its best to ensure that the inventory information is accurate. If there is a sell-out situation, we will notify customers by email as soon as possible and provide a solution.
- After the overseas order is confirmed, customers will receive logistics tracking information (if applicable). Please note that logistics tracking may be limited in some areas, please contact customer service for the latest progress.
- Our store will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, strikes or customs delays), but will do its best to assist customers in follow-up.
- The customer must ensure that the goods are signed for by the customer or an authorized representative. If the goods are not signed for by the customer (for example, as a gift or at a consolidation point), the relevant risks are borne by the customer. After the goods are signed for, the ownership is transferred to the customer and the store is no longer responsible for delivery.
- Our store will mainly contact customers via email to handle matters related to overseas orders . Please make sure that the email address provided when placing an order is correct, and check your spam or promotional email folders regularly to avoid missing important notifications.
