Seven-day return and exchange policy

The following is the 7-day return and exchange policy provided by Oneonemall.com (hereinafter referred to as "this online store", "we"):

  1. Unless the product is originally defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly upon delivery, this online store does not accept any form of return or exchange request.
    The following reasons are not accepted for return or exchange : Changes in customer's personal preferences (such as not being satisfied with the product, suddenly not liking the product, or buying the wrong color); other personal or subjective factors that are not product quality issues.
  2. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service within seven days of receipt via WhatsApp at 6691 1595 or email info@oneonemall.com, providing your order number, the product name and quantity in question, and any relevant proof (e.g., photos). Late requests will not be accepted.
  3. Products with problems due to customer damage, improper use, or incomplete product packaging (including but not limited to wear, abrasions, dirt, missing accessories or instructions, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged.
  4. The following products are not subject to the seven-day return policy:
    Products that have been registered online, have an account registered, or have activated software, and are specifically marked as non-returnable (such as discounted items, parallel imported products, clearance items, consumables, sale items, or free gifts)
  5. Products must be returned in like-new condition, along with their original packaging, all accessories, and instructions. Once our online store confirms the problem, the product will be inspected by our Hong Kong distributor or designated repair service provider. Inspection time varies depending on the situation. If the product is found to be undefective or damaged, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (including return shipping and packaging).
  6. Each order is limited to one return or exchange, and priority will be given to replacing with a new product of the same model. If the model is out of stock, customer service will contact the customer to discuss whether they are willing to wait for restocking and pay the price difference to exchange for another product.
  7. Hong Kong-branded products sold in this online store are covered by our local distributors for warranty and repair services. Please refer to the product warranty page for details.
  8. This online store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of return and exchange without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of this online store shall be final.
