Seven-day return and exchange policy

The following is the seven-day return and exchange policy offered by Oneonemall.com (hereinafter referred to as "this online store" or "we"):
- Unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery, this online store does not accept any form of return or exchange request.
The following reasons are not eligible for return or exchange : customer changes due to personal preference (e.g., dislike, sudden dislike of the product, or purchase of the wrong color); other personal or subjective factors not related to product quality issues. - If you receive a product with pre-existing defects, damage, or incorrect shipment, please contact our online store customer service within seven days of receipt via WhatsApp at 6691 1595 or email at info@oneonemall.com. Please provide your order number, the name and quantity of the problematic product, and relevant supporting documentation (such as photos). Late requests will not be accepted.
- Products damaged by the customer, improperly used, or with incomplete packaging (including but not limited to wear, scratches, dirt, missing accessories or instructions, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged.
- The following products are not eligible for the seven-day return policy:
Products that have been registered online, have a registered account, or have activated the software are specifically marked as non-refundable and non-exchangeable (such as discounted items, parallel import products, clearance items, consumables, special offer items, or free gifts). - Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new condition and returned with their original packaging, all accessories, and instruction manual. After our verification of the issue, the product will be sent to our Hong Kong agent or designated repair center for testing. The testing time will depend on the circumstances. If the product is without defects or damage, the customer will be responsible for the relevant costs (including round-trip shipping and packaging costs).
- Each order is limited to one return/exchange, with priority given to replacing it with a new product of the same model. If the model is out of stock, customer service will contact the customer to discuss whether they are willing to wait for restocking or pay the price difference to exchange for another product.
- The Hong Kong-made products sold in this online store enjoy original factory warranty and repair services provided by the local agent. Please refer to the product warranty page for details.
- This online store reserves the right to revise its return and exchange terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, this online store reserves the right of final decision.
