Seven-day return and exchange policy

The following is the seven-day return and exchange policy provided by Oneonemall.com (hereinafter referred to as "this website", "we"):

  1. Once the order is confirmed, no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted unless the new product has any existing defects or damage.

  2. If the product received by the customer is defective, damaged or the wrong product is received, the customer must contact the customer service staff of this website within seven days after signing for the product. Starting from the seventh day after the receipt of the goods, we will not provide returns or exchanges.
    (Individual brands sold on this website are all licensed in Hong Kong. All Hong Kong licensed products are entitled to original maintenance and repair services by local agents. Please refer to the product maintenance page for details)

  3. If the product in question is faulty, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, dirty, has incomplete packaging, or comes with missing accessories due to customer damage or improper personal use, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

  4. The seven-day return and exchange policy does not apply to products that have been registered online, registered for an account, or have activated software.

  5. When customers contact the customer service staff of this website, please provide the order number and the name and quantity of the product in question, and we will handle it as soon as possible. After being contacted by our customer service staff and confirming the situation, customers are asked to return the product to us in its original packaging, all accompanying accessories, all installation instructions in the package, etc., and in "new" condition.

  6. When the product in question is returned to us, it will be handed over to a Hong Kong agent or designated repairer. It will take time to wait for testing and inspection before a replacement can be arranged. If the product itself is found to be not defective or damaged, the customer must pay all related costs (including round-trip shipping, packaging costs, etc.).

  7. Each order only accepts one return or exchange. We will first replace it with a new product of the same model. If the product cannot be replaced because it is sold out, our customer service staff will contact the customer to ask if they are willing to wait for the next return or replenishment. Buy another product at the price difference.

  8. This seven-day return and exchange policy does not apply to designated products, discounted products, parallel imported products, clearance products, consumables or sale products, as well as any free gifts that are specifically indicated as not accepting returns or exchanges.

  9. This website reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, this website reserves the right to make the final decision.
