Seven-day return and exchange policy
The following is the seven-day return and exchange policy provided by Oneonemall.com (hereinafter referred to as "our online store", "we"):
- Unless the product is originally defective, damaged or wrongly shipped upon delivery, this online store does not accept any form of return or exchange request.
The following reasons are not accepted for return or exchange : Changes in personal preferences of customers (such as not being satisfied, suddenly not liking the product or buying the wrong color); other subjective factors that are not product quality issues. - If the product received by the customer is defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact our online store customer service via whatsapp 6691 1595 or email info@oneonemall.com within seven days after signing for it, and provide the order number, the name and quantity of the product in question, and relevant proof (such as photos). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Products with problems due to damage by the customer, improper use, or incomplete product packaging (including but not limited to wear, abrasions, dirt, missing accessories or instructions, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged.
- The following products are not subject to the seven-day return policy:
Products that have been registered online, have an account registered, or have activated software Products that are specifically marked as not accepting returns or exchanges (such as discounted products, parallel imported products, clearance items, consumables, special sales, or free gifts) - The returned product must be in "new" condition, along with the original packaging, all accessories and instructions. After the online store confirms that the problem is true, the product will be sent to the Hong Kong agent or designated repairer for inspection. The inspection time depends on the situation. If the product is not defective or damaged, the customer needs to bear the relevant costs (including round-trip shipping and packaging costs).
- Each order is limited to one return or exchange, and priority will be given to replacing with a new product of the same model. If the model is out of stock, customer service will contact the customer to discuss whether they are willing to wait for restocking and pay the price difference to exchange for other products

- This online store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of return and exchange without prior notice. In case of disputes, this online store reserves the right of final decision.
