RBK12 / RBK13 uses dual-band WiFi, has a redesigned appearance, is smaller and lighter, and is more affordable than other models in the series. RBK12 / RBK13 still maintains a stable and wide-range WiFi connection and eliminates Wi-Fi dead spots in the home, providing a high-quality choice for the entry-level market.

RBK12 (two-pack) comes with a Router host (RBK10) for direct broadband connection, and a Satellite extension (RBS10) that can be placed in the corridor or in the middle room and can be used by just plugging in a wire; while RBK13 (three-pack) ), it has 1 host and 2 extensions. WiFi speed specification is AC1200, 2.4GHz WiFi reaches 400Mbps, 5GHz Wi-Fi reaches 866Mbps, and the host and extension communicate via WiFi. RBK12 / RBK13 implement the characteristics of Orbi Mesh WiFi. The whole house uses a single SSID. There is no need to manually switch WiFi names from the living room to the end room. Video streaming will not be disconnected while walking, achieving seamless roaming.

Built-in quad-core CPU for faster response and stronger reception

RBK12 / RBK13 is equipped with a 710MHz quad-core CPU and built-in 2 high-performance antennas. The Router host has 1 GigabitWAN port and 1 Gigabit LAN port. Of course, there are also MU-MIMO and Beamforming technologies. The former means that Wi-Fi Streams can be used to transmit to multiple devices at the same time, while the latter concentrates the signal in the direction of the device to make the device receive better.

In terms of functions, both RBK12 and RBK13 are in line with other Orbi models.
